The catering service for the meeting rooms is linked to the building's restaurant and is currently unavailable. If you need this type of service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to book a room?

The rooms are available for the tenants in the building as well as external people and companies.

If this is your first booking please complete the form you can download here and return it to info@easyday.be. This form will enable us to create an account for your company and activate the booking module in your personal account without prepaiment

No time to complete the form? You can also book the room immediately by subscribing to this site and paying with a bank card.

6 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity between 6 and 20 people and equipped with the latest audio/video material are at your disposal from 6am until 10pm. Download the brochure here.

Two mobile video projectors are at your disposal.  Small material (board eraser/pen/mouse/keyboard) are available at the reception and must be returned after each meeting.

Prices VAT excluded and without supplement for extra security after 18h.

The car park is reserved for the building's tenants, their visitors and Be Park users.
