Bicycle maintenance and repairs
Your bike will be taken care of during working hours. This is time-saving and convenient. The job is carried out by a bicycle specialist who will be at Zuiderpoort according to the schedule online.
How does the service work?
- You register in advance on our website and indicate the type of repair or maintenance you want. When you register, you tell us exactly what needs to be done. You can also send a photo of your bike to kevin@velovonk.be.
- In the morning, park your bicycle in the bicylce parking and leave your key with the guard.
- When the bike is ready Velovonk will call you and your bike will be available again on the same day. If you are not available he will leave the key with the guard.
- Payment is made on site with Payconiq/bancontact or you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
How is the price calculated?
As every maintenance and repair is different, it is difficult to determine a price in advance. If bike parts need to be changed, they will be charged at the same price as in the shop. The price can be agreed in advance.
