General Questions

I am not yet familiar with the Service Voucher system. How does it work?

Which offered services can be paid with Service Vouchers?

Only ironing may be paid with Service Vouchers. All other services are payable in euros.

Business Service

How do I pay?

It all depends on what has been agreed with your company.

Payment made using paper Service Vouchers (if you do not use the electronic version) may be done

  • by placing Service Vouchers before the pick up in a specially designed pocket inside your bag
  • be given to our EasyDay driver
  • or be given to a contact person within your company (receptionist or other).

If you use electronic Service Vouchers your account will be debited automatically at the end of the service after your confirmation.

Finally all cash payments can be completed

  • via our web interface
  • or by bank transfer

Your payment will be debited from your account automatically after each service for the amount thereof.

Where are you active?

EasyDay is currently active in Brussels the Flemish and Walloon Brabant.

What are the pickup days and delivery deadlines ?

We work within a 48 hour time frame with a fixed picked up day and one fixed drop off day allocated in your business (eg pick up on Monday morning and drop off on Wednesday morning). For large companies a third day may be scheduled (for example Monday Wednesday and Friday).

Your service interests me but my business is not yet a partner. What should I do?

You can sign up here stating your company name and details. EasyDay will arrange to meet a representative of your company to discuss our services. You can of course also contact us directly by phone 02/325.81.71.

Can I use my own bag with EasyDay Business services ?

For logistical reasons we require the use of our EasyDay bags specially developed for the purpose of ensuring that none of your itmes are wrinkled during transportation. It is simple convenient and sealed.

How do I indicate the desired service and type of laundry?

For each delivery of your bag or slipcover you will receive a new blank order form for the next pick up. On the order form you must indicate the type of service you request and you may also add any comments or special instructions.

The items must be grouped by required service (eg. a washing machine laundry group and dry cleaning group) however it is not necessary to further sort your items (you do not have to separate white and colored items). To simplify this task of sorting and separating you will receive several bags when you initially register.

Drive-in service

What are your hours?

We are open from Monday to Friday from 8h30 to 19h and Saturday from 10 to 18.

Can I use my own packaging to use the EasyDay Drive-In ervices?

You may either use your own linen boxes or order our specially designed EasyDay bags. It s entierly up to you.

Stain Removal Service

What happens when clothes are particularly stained?

It depends on the service requested. If you ve opted for our ironing service only then your clothes will have already been washed. You should specifically mention in your order form or when submitting your laundry that you want EasyDay to us our special stain removal service please include a brief description of the garment in question. Otherwise the garment will not be ironed to avoid setting the stain.

If you ve opted for laundry or dry cleaning service garments are automatically controlled and stains are removed.

Stain Removal Services Are 100% reliable?

No some stains cannot be removed. EasyDay will endeavor at all times to try to restore your favorite clothes.
